R&B uses trained inspectors and roofing experts to determine the condition and viability of restoring existing roofs. Many factors are used to make the evaluation including age, estimated replacement cost, cost of restoration, and how much the restoration will extend the life of the roof.

Restoration may also include the replacement of failed roof components such as single ply seams, or preventative maintenance such as caulking and repair or replacement of metal flashings.
