R&B Roofing is not in the business of storm chasing. For our customers with facilities in critical locations or multiple facilities we help pre-plan before an event occurs. Our goal is to ensure immediate and efficient deployment of personnel, material and equipment to the customer's site after a disaster event occurrence.

Our proactive approach to disaster pre planning and response includes:

• Meeting with customers to develop a customized pre-plan that considers their needs and priorities.
• Implementing a back-up plan to be sure there are continuous communications between R&B and our customer.
• Pre-placement of assets to ensure quick mobilization after an event
• Customers pre-approve pricing, work scope, invoicing procedure and payment terms to assist with cost control and allow for quick decisions.
• R&B provides complete documentation of the damage and recovery to assist our customers with their insurance claim.
